NHL 2004 Glitch

I have found this problem with the PS2 version and Gamceube. The game is awsome, and plays fine. But for some reason it won't save. I deleted everything on my memory card and the game still wont save. So all I did was lose tons of stuff, and the game still wont save. Does anyone know if the game is defective? Have you had the same problem?

Hum, the version I rented last week of the GC version worked fine....and since it was my forth EA sports game I unlocked some nice things. :)

maybe it needs more than 59 blocks on memory card
and you just got a 59 memory card?

Same here....I've saved fine. Although, I did actaully play through a game or two, and my EA Sports Bio only shows that I've played for like 2 minutes or something to that effect.

I have played 10 games so far for the NGC. I have had no problems either.
