I've never even seen an "MSX" which I'm assuming is an old home computer much akin to the Amiga or C64s but I'm curious about emulation for it for one reason:
Golvellius.

I played Valley of Doom on the Master System and LOVED it, now after doing some research I found out it was a port of an MSX game and that it's sequel was only released on the MSX...

I've searched around for MSX emulators and roms but have found VERY little.
All I want (if it's even out there) is an MSX emulator and Both Golvellius game ROMS.

Can anyone help me?

Much like the Playstation, there was a MSX-1 and a MSX-2. The MSX-1 is very similar to a Colecovision or SG-1000, the MSX-2 was much more powerfull and approximately similar to a Genesis.
People tend to lump the two together when they talk about the MSX, and most often they're referring to the MSX-2.

I've had bad luck trying to find free MSX emulators, but I'm sure they're out there. There are supposedly some quality ones that you have to register if you want to use them.

Have you tried Zophar.net? That's where I get all my emulators.
