Is the game rare/hard to find? I see it regularily in the bargain PSX bin for $4.99

From what I understand it's one of the harder PSX titles to find.........check the rarity list on here, but i think it's an R7 or R8. I found it complete a while ago at an EB for $5.99, haven't bothered to actually play it yet, though. Actually, it looks like it might be entertaining. I'd pick it up for $4.99, you could always make a nice profit on it if you don't like it.
