Well, I don't see anything bad with this one. Yes, he calls it a toploader in the title, but he does'nt say what KIND of toploader that it is. Just to bring in extra attention. He clearly states in the description that it's a famiclone that is also a toploader. The seller even updates the auction to say it's PAL and offers to cancel bids. Not really a bad auction.
Of course, it IS illegial, so I'm sure it will be pulled. :roll:
