Buying VG Related Books

I give up. I buy things on Ebay to save money. However, I've been looking for a list of books on ebay forever and everytime they come up they go for too much money.

Why should I pay more (including shipping) for used books, or used books they claim are brand new, than I would buying them on Amazon?

The other bidders consistantly bid too much. WTF?

So, I'm just going to bite the bullet and buy new from Amazon or B & N.

My wife consistently sells the old books I've read on EBay for as much or more than I paid for them new. :hmm:

People are just lazy and don't want to take the time to go find the book. It's much easier for them to bin and have it on their doorstep in 3-5 days.

What gets me though , is that some people will send a money order for a $5 book. A money order that costs $.59-$.79 . Thats like paving an extra 20% for the item. :o
