Has anyone heard or seen " A WINNER IS YOU " latel

ok folks, I didn't want to make a public plea, but I traded a SNES with Chrono Trigger with A WINNER IS YOU before christmas and emails were good and then christmas came and I pm'd and emailed him several times with no response. I was supposed to get a N64 and some games.

I haven't heard from him in over a month and he doesn't post anymore.

Has anybody heard or seen bluecollarninja as I sent him some Nintendo powers which he received and he was supposed to send payment (I sent first just so that he would only pay actual shipping) and I have been waiting 3 months for my money.

also off topic, but we should get a bad traders sticky post...it'd probably be a lot shorter than the 500+ replies in the good traders sticky.

I do want to go through and revamp the "good traders" thread, but I don't know the best way to go about it.

I talked to Mr. Winner, and he said he never received the SNES and Chrono Trigger. He also still has the N64 stuff with him. He told me that he waited for the package to come, and just didn't send because he never got the package sent to him. Do you have a tracking number or delivery confirmation to check?

I sent it USPS, ill look for the reciept and see if I bought delivery confirmation.

I guess I have to believe him, its just that I've never lost a package (over 1000 shipped) and he didn't answer any pm's or emails for over a month.

There was many PM's sent between us so I know he received the magazines and I truly believe that he is not trying to screw anybody just that he is extremely busy. I hoped that somebody here may be incontact with him and maybe they could remind. The amount (I cant even remember) was imbetween $10-15 so its not like it was alot or anything, however if he cannot pay (not financialy, but just sending the money out) within 3 months then I really dont think he should be buying stuff off others.
