I was wondering when they'd add it to their site.

http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=47&products_id=4147

Lik-Sang WILL be importing the Famicom SP's. I'm excited. Gotta save up. They're being released February 14th.

$144.90 for the SP

$24.90 for the individual games. Damn...

I'd have to hold off buying old games to afford it. It had to happen when my job is doing limited hours.

Part of me wants to hold off. But the other part knows these will go fast.. And if I don't act ASAP, by the time I get atround to it, they'll be out of stock. So, yeah. Gotta buy it ASAP!!!

I'd get the system with Mario and the Zelda game. That'll be $169.80... Wow.. Better put a chunk of money aside next paycheck. Damn you, Nintendo!!! :D

I know that one day this will be highly sought after, and I don't wanna be the one seeking it out. I'll be the seekee, not the seeker... or something.

I preordered mine about a week and a half ago from National Console (http://www.ncsx.com). It's a good thing I did since it looks like Nintendo is now only selling the system and all 10 games together as a BUNDLE. Hopefully that means that the games will end up being a bit cheaper since I'm sure a lot of people ordered the system and one game or something to that effect, leaving the distributor with a number of excess games.

They say that the bundle for everything is at $350. @_@

This really pisses me off. WTF? Why the hell would they bundle all that crap for $350??? There's no way in hell I'm blowing that much money on this.

If you're still wanting one, I'd check Play-Asia (http://www.play-asia.com)and Lik-Sang (http://www.lik-sang.com), since it looks like their pre-orders haven't changed to reflect the whole "bundle" thing.

Any idea how much shipping would be from them?

I preordered mine at www.videogamedepot.com yesterday, came to about $142 with 2nd day shipping. I suggest anyone else interested in this SP, do the same, VGD is a very good company, I've dealt with them plenty of times with no problems.

Video Game Depot is a very good company. I have ordered from them many times. I wish I could afford the famicom sp but I am too poor.

That is to pricey. The Famicom is a reasonable price, but the games are ridiculos! I wouldn't pay 25 for a game I can get on the NES for 29 cents.

I can also vouch for them, they're who I ordered my first import PS2 from. Very quick and reliable. I had no idea they were offering the SP or I would have mentioned them first. :)

www.playasia.com is also very good. Quick shipping, excellent selection, good prices, etc. Never any problems from them, or www.yesasia.com for that matter which sold me a new Tales of Symphonia LE GC for $199 including shipping to the US :D

www.yesasia.com has free shipping on everything.

Question. With Lik Sang, do they charge me now? Or when it ships? I won't have money until next week at the earliest. And I'd hate to think they'd change the whole ordering thing in that time.

I can't blow $350. Hell, I'm taking a collecting cut by buying just the one system and Zelda.

I wouldn't pay 25 for a game I can get on the NES for 29 cents.Well, if you think about it, the only one of those you'd get for $.29 is SMB which actually comes WITH the GBA being sold. So you don't even have to buy it. Basically, you're paying the right price right there.

Anyway, it looks like VideoGameDepot is the cheapest. But what is shipping on that site? I can't find it. Lik Sang is $10 for the slowest. I wanna pay as little as possible and order ASAP.

Edit: Apparently, they have a deal where shipping is free if you buy over $150 worth. I will be anyway. Maybe I should go with them. Do they charge your card once the stuff ships? Or when you buy it?

And they are in the USA, so it'll get to you faster. I paid with paypal funds, so I don't know when they charge your card.

Which is both Hawaiian Shirt day (http://www.bullshitjob.com/officespace/hawaiianshirtday.wav), and Pay Day. So I'll have money then. I just hope they don't really make it a bundle. I just want the SP, Mario and Zelda!! That's all I want!!!!!!!

If only I had some extra money laying around, I would buy the whole set. As of right now I can't afford any of it, but maybe someday.

so, are the carts designed to look like a famicom cart, or is it just the packaging?

so, are the carts designed to look like a famicom cart, or is it just the packaging?Just the packaging. The carts are normal GBA carts colored like the Famicom SP. Red on front, white/silver on back. But the label is the original too.

I just ordered mine too. I'd never heard of VGD. Thanks Butta.

Is it just me or is VGD out of Zelda?

I just logged in and my cart now only has the GBA in it. The Zelda is gone. And I can't find it, even a listing with "Out of Stock" on it. Don't tell me I'll have to go somewhere else just to get it! I wanted to get it there because the GBA and Zelda combo together qualify for Free Shipping. Now I have to buy something else to go with it. :(
