whats the story with gexpress.com

I use to buy fron this site and now everything I order is out of stock and I have emailed them several times asking that out of stock items be removed from their inventory, so I can make some purchases. They do not answer any of my emails

Here is my last email to them

I am very disappointed that you do not keep your stock current on your site. I have bought from you in the past , however lately every order I place is cancelled or sent with 1/2 the ordered items.

I have emailed you on multiple ocassions and you have never replied.

I feel your service on your website sales has gone downhill in the past 6-8 months. Check my buying history, I have spent hundreds of dollars at your site and I am afraid to place and order because the item is either not in stock and you never receive a reply from anyone on the status of the order.

Is the online purchases no longer worth your while?

I feel your lack of response and lack of updating your stock is an indication of poor service. Your service not poor just a few months ago.

I just went to the site to check it out because I had never been there before and the prices didn't seem like they were lower than other sites. I would probably buy elsewhere since they don't have very good service.
