well the nes lot isn't bad. An in box top loader is something like $100, and $225 for the 81 boxed games, is around $3 a piece...sounds good to me, depending on the shipping...still pretty cheap though for boxed games

Both lots are good. Can't go wrong with a top loader to start, and all those boxed games are nice, and the selection is varied nicely. The price is actually pretty good. If the games were loose, I'd say no, but they're all in box, most with manual.

The magazines are a LITTLE high, and the shipping will suck, but otherwise, you did good. :)

I also don't know much about the Saturn, but it seems like a good deal to me. Saturn isn't the most common, but by know means rare.
Man you entered this hobby with a big boom. @_@

Ya i got alot of ground to cover. I want to get every nes game and others I wanna build a fast collction as soon as i get it big enought ill post some pictures. I seen some really awesome collections in the Game room. I only collect the complete boxed games also. Did anyone ever buy the digital press book ?? If so is it any good.

Whats some good systems and games to collect besides the common ones??? Like Noman jaguar is that stuff any good

Atari 2600 is always a fun system to collect for. There is just so many games, its impossible to cover everything. I have about 250+ for that system. Plus there is just so many fun facts.

I think you did great on the top loader bundle, but went a little high on the magazines. Usually if you wait for Nintendo Power stuff you can get it cheap.
I too am not a Saturn guy, but I think you did good also.

The book is awesome, get it. :)

I think that Atari 5200, Genny, and SNES are also fun systems besides collecting NES.

Nice start, and keep the ball rolling. ;)

The nes lot was definately good. The nintendo powers were high though. You already have more nes games than me and Iv'e been collecting for about 5 months. Though I paid way, way less for my stuff since I don't buy anything off ebay. Make sure you know what the stuff is worth so you don't end up making a mistake. Good luck!

Just to get some numbers, the Saturn deal is about average. Mr. Bones is a game that I find that many people are looking for. Some of those games are worth maybe $0.50 just because they are. I have about 100 saturn games, and I have been buying for years. Getting a Saturn boxed with dics is very good though, as people like me are unfortunate enough to lose their's when they send in their machine to get repaired to the local game store. It is a very good start, but I found it is much easier and cheaper to get games individually off eBay. Many games you can get for 1-3, so 100 could stockpile you up on saturn games.

WAIT! so collector's try to get magazines too? I've had a subscription to GamePro since 1994 and have those bastards everywhere in my room :)

Great job on the toploader lot. Boxed nes games for under five bucks is always good news.

As far as the saturn lot goes, take this from someone who has finished 30+ games for that system and owns factory sealed copies off all the key games including panzer dragoon saga.....while the price was reasonable, the only games youll probably end up playing and enjoying from that lot are shining wisdom, mr bones, and hydlide. The sports games were awful and i always prefered the playstation versions instead. I probably would have stayed away from that lot just due to the fact it was mostly made up of sports games, but its not like you overpaid. Overall, good job!

Yep i believe so. But on the toploader package im getting kinda nervous. The guy sent it last Tuesday insured parcell post and i still havent got it. He has 111 feedback 100%. This has never happpend to me before or him with any auction. It was suppose to be here sat. they told him 4 days since he shipped it. Its gonna be thursday and its still not here been over a week. Im really getting worried and impatient. I got so many games but no toploader. I pray to god it comes tommoroow. I really want the package not the refund. x_x

Any mail is not garaunteed to arrive in the "time frame" the post office specified, the only mail that is money back garauntee is Express. Parcel can take a week or so to arrive, in some case maybe a few days more. Parcel is NOT the same as Priority

Depends on how far it has to go from Florida to you.
