Sega CD copy swapping thread

Here's a thread for trading Sega CD copies. For those who don't know, all you have to do to copy a Sega CD game is stick it in your CD burner and click "copy CD" on whatever program you use. Anyway, who's up for trading? I've traded with a couple peeps here before.

I have some on your list too, after you're done looking at what you can d/l from the underdogs, let us know what you need and I can look at what I have.

My main problem is the Sega CD is one of those systems which I have dozens and dozens of games that I haven't gotten around to playing.

Does the CDX play copies just fine or does it need to be modded?

I don't have a CDX but I'm fairly sure it will play cdr's with no problems. The Sega CD has a double whammy of unencrypted, easily-copyable CD's and no lockout chip in the console so it makes playing backups a breeze.

Holy CRAP. I went there, made my computer constipated. Ran Ad-aware afterwards and found 100 new objects.

Yeah, you have to go to the Underdog sites with some good popup blocking browser. I use the Google toolbar or Mozilla and have no problems. I think there was around six Sega CD games there before, Slipheed was one of them.

I'll make a list of the games I have later tonight.

Indeed, a popup blocker is a good idea. I also hope that you've set "Download signed ActiveX Controls" to "Prompt" in your Internet security options.

Yeah I set my security settings to the absolute highest setting then I turn them back to medium when at the download area. No pop-ups or that stupid crap thing that sets itself as a homepage showed up at all when I set my security to highest settings, causel "google pop-up blocker" couldn't even stop the homepage banner. :angry:

Pretty annoying site without protection, but I downloaded Snatcher and burned it to disc, so it twas worth it. :D
