INTV Skiing Source Code on Ebay

Someone is trying to sell the source code to Intellivision Skiing and Mountain Madness on Ebay. Check it out:

Isn't this still the intellectual property of the Bluesky Rangers (ie. Intellivisionlives.com). Even if he didn't sign a contract, I doubt he can sell the source code on the net. Am I wrong? Anyone else have any info / insight? :hmm:

I believe that the Bluesky Rangers were alerted to this auction. And, as far as I know, this guy was drunk in thinking that just because he didn't sign a contract that he could release the source code to the net.

It was obvious that he was trying to make a quick buck. The initial auction started at $100 with a BIN of $500, then it was down to $50, and still no takers.

I'm glad to see that the community seemed either to be not interested, or respected the Bluesky Rangers enough not to bid.
