Help translating a Japanese game title (Saturn).

Anyone with knowledge Japanese, your skills would be greatly appreciated right now!

I just won this Saturn game off eBay, and I'd just like to know what the actual game name is, as there seems to be some Japanese text melded with the English.

Probably much more appropriate to ask this in the import forum. But, since I'm here.

Actually searching the English bit showed me the Japanese (hard to make out from the low res pic). Actually SEEING the kanji is half the battle sometimes.
