Loose PCEngine Games in Japan or Otherwise

I am interested in starting a PC Engine Hu Card collection but I have no interest in the jewel cases. I was wondering if anyone knows a good resource to finding loose hucards either in Tokyo itself or on the web. Hopefully of course I can get a better deal on games. Also I would be interested in buying in bulk as long as the games are mint.

Just about every shop in Akihabara that has Hucards has some that aren't opened. Medialand and Liberty are two places that come to mind, although I've found they don't mark the games down near enough.

Try to catch someone on Yahoo Japan dumping their old collection. This is probably the easiest (and cheapest) way to build up a collection quickly.
