Does anyone know what this is? I have one....It's a European system that takes carts, but it seems almost like a dedicated system since the carts seem to be pong variants....then again, I only have one cart. Couldn't find any info online...

I'm pretty sure it's just one of many consoles that took cartridges that were based on the General Instruments "game-on-a-chip" chips. GI put pong on a chip, and a lot of the pong units out there use one of the GI pong chips. But later, they began to develop other games too, inspiring some company(s) to put the chips on cartridges so that the same basic unit (which really just has controls, power and TV circuitry in it) could play a variety of games.
But, there was a limited number of GI chips (~10?), and so for the most part, these system only have 7 or less cartridges available for them, and you see them over and over -- Supersport, Submarine, Motorcycle, Grand Prix, Tank, Wipeout and one more (either another "pong sports" type of thing and/or a target shooting game). There was however at least one other system with a couple card-game type games using lesser known/lesser used GI chips. I've never seen a system that had both the "basic 7" AND the card games though!

i have one of these from an overseas trade with 5 carts, i love how some of the carts have the difficulty knob right on them.

its like the little post that adjust vertical hold on the back of old tv's it comes up from the board itself and you use something like a flathead screwdriver to turn them....
