GBA Specs?

Ok,I've gone through hundrets of GBA sites now and NO site has the actual CPU-speed of the gba main processor!
WTF? There's only a short PRE-gbatime article about the specs of the gba and it says that it will have(or better has) 16Mhz.
Is this true?
Why isn't there (even at official Nintendo site) a CPU speed shown?

and why the hell are there not more arcade ports for it.?
The gba would be the perfect machine for it(Final Fight One etc).
If u compare GBA and NeoGeo specs,then u'll realise that there isn't a HUGE difference in things like power,colors etc(at least on paper).

OMG...I guess I'll be kicked to hell by the neo-freaks for comparing GBA and Neo Geo :D
