Can anyone tell me exactly what this does? Does it really teach you with the cartridge that comes with it? I'd be interested... I'm trying to learn how to play the piano at school, and it sucks.

NES one has 100 different lessons....teach yo finger position, tempo, basic piano till lesson 20. then it starts getting tough adn the game doesn't let you advance to you get it perfect.
I played for about a month, I'm trying to see what I learn first....German or how to play the piano

$30 shipping isn't that bad. These things are pretty bulky do weigh a fair amount. Without the SNES adapter it will be tough to sell though. If it was complete, I would be after it.
