why would someone put "hard to find" in the discription but only a BIN of 6.00? I don't get it..

What are you talking about.
Its an Atari game.
Can't be worth more than $5.
I think this particular seller listed all Atari titles as HARD TO FIND.

Is this game rare? How much does it normally sell for??

It sells for close to $500.00 in past eBay auctions.
Ian, may try and tell you it is only worth $250.00 though ;)

Haha, that's funny. Atari2600.com actually wanted $600.00,- for a loose one in not such good condition at CGE2K2.
Something tells me this was not real and the deal didn't go through. I found that auction 2 minutes after the BIN was used and shortly thereafter the seller pulled all 2600 games he had so I think this was an error and it didn't actually happen.
If it did, good for him/her. :D

What probably happened was the buyer BINned the game. Then a person who missed the BIN mailed the seller saying that they'll give $20. Then person Z said "No, $50." So the seller probably did some research or someone told them what they had, and they probably still have the game.
So when they realized that the one atari game they have goes for $500, they must rationalize that they ALL must be worth hundreds of dollars, even if half of them are combats. So my gues is that they'll all be back, with $100 BINs :P
The same thing happened with a Stadium Events lot a few months back.
