I went to my local Half-Price Books to see if they had any old PC games I'd be interested in. I went over to the games and I spotted a still sealed Anarchy Online. I picked it up and went over to the counter. I give the guy the money and he says "hang on let me see if the cd is in there." I was just like whatever, although how could the cd not be in there if it was still sealed... He opens it up, ripping through the tamper-evident sticker and pulls out everything. He then proceeds to unseal the cardboard cd holder. He then removes the CD and looks at the back of it and says "Wow no scratches!" I said something to the effect of well normally when you buy a new sealed game it's going to be in the box and it will have no scratches. He puts it all back together and hands it to me and i see a small scrap of paper fall out behind the counter. He bends down and picks up what I believe to be the same piece and slides it in the box. We go home. Anyways I'm trying to get my free trial when I realize that there's no CDKEY anywhere and that he stuffed my receipt in the box. Anyone who bought the boxed version of AO: where is the CDKEY in the box? Is it on a piece of paper?
Thanks!
