I saw these for $5.99 each at the Take2Outlet. I'd kinda like to buy one and trade it in for credit at gamestop. Hey i'm unemployed and they have metal slug x for sale!

Er. I've noticed you post a number of these topics, so let's give you a guide of sorts so you don't have to post these all the time.
1.) Are you really interested in buying the game? Well, here it appears the answer is no. That's one strike against buying it right away. As a rule, don't buy things just because you think it's going to help you out later on. You only get to keep each dollar you make once in your lifetime, and part of the lure of living in a commercial society is that while you never have enough money to buy stuff you want, there's always going to be more stuff than you can purchase. Therefore, make the most use out of your money NOW. That leads you to...
2.) Are you sure you'll make some money off it? Here should be the answer to your question. If the trade in value is more than what you bought it for, there's nothing holding you back from buying these copies. Don't blame me if you don't get more trade in value than you put down here. Do your homework, call up your local game outlet and see what their tradein value is. Maybe somebody from the boards can help you if you want an estimate, but you can't always rely on that.
3.) Do you have a Digital Press guide? :D
I'm not even close to being the best member of these boards for knowledge, but I'm going to say that it looks like you really need to reconsider how you're spending your money. I can't believe you'll make more money off tradeins than you bought these games for. Tradeins for credit are where the stores make most of their money, you know...that's not because the government subsidizes them for providing a service to poor gamers, either.
So the short answer is: Go find out what the tradein value is worth (always less than the guide, what real gamers would pay for it, unless they're deal shopping), and maybe see if anybody wants a copy.
Boxed or loose carts?

Here is something that will help you out alot. Look on eBay and see how much they are charging. They are charging more than 5.99 a piece for them. if they are boxed, yes, buy them as soon as you can and sell them on eBay.

I have a feeling he isn't a registered user on eBay.
If you are, though..check that out!

Actually I do have an ebay account cause I buy a lot off auctions. Right now I'm just laid off from work for a few months. Pretty sweet to cause I get $350 a week to do nothing. Basically I want to find in the trade in value of these games at Gamestop. They are loose games but I noticed gamestop sells preowned copies on their Website for $40 and you know they never give cartridges w/boxes and instructions. SO I figured hey what the hell might as well buyone and see if I could get a better game. So no i'm not interested in these games to play at all. The rarity online guide says pay $20-$22 for them. I'm also a powerlifter and thats what I spend a lot of money on so I'm a cheap gamer right now while being laid off. Hey bench pressing 500lbs + can get expensive.
