Hiya. I've been wracking my brain trying to remember a game I played at a friend's house once many years ago. It was a top down police car game where you drove around arresting people. It was on the NES. And, most importantly, though it was very similar to it, it was not APB (At least it was DEFINITELY not the arcade version. If there was an NES version that was significantly different than the arcade version, that would honestly be a possibility). I remember that you could buy a gun, and upgrade your car between levels, which were a city grid (unlike the more open roadways of APB- again, APB arcade version). Thanks a lot!
