It's not really much of a surprise that Sega would support the DS, but apparently they've had dev kits since last year. X_x I guess we'll see at least one or two more games other than Nintendo's efforts for launch. I wonder if we'll see more companies with dev kits pop up soon.

They've had dev kits since last year?? I thought the dev kits didn't even exist yet?

Oh well, as long as their DS games are better than their Game.com games.

Oooh. I wonder what they've got cookin'... Maybe some of their famous sports games to take advantage of the two screens?

Personally, I'd much rather see something a little more unique than sports games... especially on a handheld. EA makes enough sports games as it is. I'd like to see Sega cook up something interesting that doesn't involve ESPN, blue hedgehogs, or funky aliens.

Sure, Sega could have had a development kit since last year. Remember, that's only six weeks ago. ;)

I would'nt be surprised if Nintendo sent these out about 3-6 months ago.

And who knows? Given Sega;s history at making consoles, Sega could have helped DESIGN the DS system.

Oooo... now there's something I'd like to see... a Nintendo/Sega console collaboration:

The NinSega GameCast! :D

I hope their are more unique games too, other than sports. I can't wait to see what the graphics are going to be like too!!
And of course doens't surprise me that sega is making games. All the companies should support it, like the gba. I mean it's kind of like the gba, but will have 2 screens. I personally don't know much more than that though, Just know I will be there on launch day, whenever that is, and hoping it will be good.

*slaps forehead*

The NinSega GameCast!

Reminds me of a scene in Malibu's Most Wanted:

"Damn man! Where did you learn that?"
"Grand Theft Auto 3"
"Hey, can I borrow that man?"
"Yeah... you got a Playstation 2?"
"Naw, I just got Gamecast"
"Well... there's Gamecube and there's Dreamcast... which one you got?"
"Look, I'm tellin' you man, I got Gamecast!!"
"I'm just trying to help you out man!"

The rest of the movie sucked though.
