at first i thought, easy answer: Australia / New Zealand only release, but i think that's not correct. why?

well, first the -50 code, if that's the one on the back cover, then it should be an overall pal release

second, the commentators are BBC rugby voices (very famous btw) and this really really doesn't speak for an Australian only release

third, Codemasters ususally released their games in whole europe

fourth, ELSPA is a european rating system!

i'd say it's a pal exclusive, yeah, MAYBE there also was a japanese release but i don't think so!

Well this copy was bought in the UK (Gamestation, Bristol) for only £4.99 and it is quite posibly one of the best Rugby games I've gotten to play (even though I sucked at it)

Is there a list of PAL exclusives for the Saturn at all?

Sega Collection (http://www.segacollection.com) has decent attempts at most PAL Sega lists.
There's no MD list, and I've found loads of stuff missing from the Gamegear list and a couple from the MegaCD list, but it's a good start.
