Was Snatcher really banned in the US or is the seller just trying to talk up the item?

It looks like it was an edited release, that had some adult stuff in it, and it was hidden for the US localization.... according to the DP pdf file for the Sega CD, you can open them all up though in one of the menu options in the game.....
Looks like he;s just trying tp hype it a little more.....

Yeah, Snatcher was defentily edited for the US release. I've played through the game, and then checked online to see what was changed between the Japanese and American SegaCD versions. One change made was that the daughter of the killed Snatcher agent -- can't recall her name right now. In the Japanese version she was a minor (15-16) and the password you had to give her to get into her house was her measurements. LOL

This game was edited for the US release. Some of the differences are that in the japanese version katrina is a teenager, and that you can see her breasts in the shower scene. Also, alice (the dog) shows its "moving"guts after its been killed.

Some people say that you can unlock adult features using the word "konami" in the jordan computer, but it doesnt do anything really. Its the same game with or without the code..
