The Return of the CGE FORUM!

Yayyyyyy! :D Whenever I see this forum re-open, it means that Classic Gaming Expo is on the way! (This forum is the Punxatauny Phil of classic gaming conventions!)

So, we've got a confirm of San Jose for this year, which is quite exciting - nestled smack-dab in the middle of Silicon Valley folks - where it allll happened! I say we form at least one roadtrip to visit the former stomping grounds of some of our favorite progammers/game companies.

And the area the con is being held in has quite a lot of other things to see 'n do. Looks like this is gonna be the Big 'Un!

I'm so glad that it's later this year. There was a big work conflict for the prior week, where I figured it would fall, so this is FANTASTIC.

I'm glad you guys finaly got a date and location set for CGE.
Unforurnately, since it's in San jose, chances are that I won't be going
to the show. At least I still have MGC in WI, and my VGS in IL.
hopefully I can get somebody to rep AVC/JCU to do a report for the newsletter (not to mention for The Events section of AVC online).
At least one good thing about the later date that the other events are not so close together anymore (MGC in May 21st&22nd, VGS in July 17th, and CGE in August 21 and 22) good luck with the show

Heck, looks like I might even be able to make it this year again finally... No promises yet, but at least it doesn't conflict with the other event I go to every August.
