Fighting sticks, joysticks, whatever you want to call them....I'm looking for a good Xbox or PS2 stick and wondering what's a good one to get. I wanted to get one of those Pellican Real Arcade sticks at Game Stop but I think that may be too big for me. I have the Agetec stick for Dreamcast and LOVE it...perfect size and a great feel. Is there any like that for either system? I remember someone here not too long ago posted a pic of a Playstation Hori stick (grey with yellow buttons) and that looked pretty nice, but I can't find any for sale online or on ebay. Can anyone give me some recommendations?

Pelican sticks are very nice, although I've heard the universal ones are more flaky then the straight "1 console only" variant. X-arcades and MAS systems sticks are nice too, but are more expensive. Those 3 have the advantage, however, of using actual arcade parts, which means you can swap em out for convex buttons or a new stick or whatever.

The Playstation Hori that you're thinking of usually goes on ebay under the name "Namco Joystick". There are currently 2 auctions for them due to end this very night, both around $30. Of course, they go up to $50 easily, so be careful.

My friend just got promo 'ed an all system pelican stick. From playing with it it seems quite similar to the x-arcade...We haven't had any problems with it yet...They run about $50 new...The X-Arcade is more expensive and you have to buy the system plugs.

I use the pelican universal stick, but I can't say it's failed me or nothing, ultimately I was pretty happy with it, for the price I paid $20
