What would you pay for an old Play Station store display? Let's say it's in good shape for the most part, but needs some work on the side art. It has sliding glass doors with the peg board inside for the spring loaded shelves (for lack of a better term). Also, it looks like it lights up and had a monitor up top with speakers for who knows what. I guess either to play demos on or for watching a pre-view disc.
Any thoughts?

ugh you just reminded me of one of the worst days in my life! I was driving in the back of the outlet center w/ my mom when I spoted KB toys was throwing out their old PS2 cabinet w/ sie decals, peg board back (no glass) and I later went bavk w/ my dad at midnight when he got home from work to go pick it up but somebody broke one of the sides off of it
I know store displays go for ALOT, but a full cabint w/ glass, speakers....id say a good $300-$400, thats just my guess.

One similar recently (6 months ago) sold on eBay Canada for only $60. I was ready to spend $150 on it only shipping costed an additional $200.
You're hitting up a store thats going out of business. Low-ball them pretty hard ($50ish). Point out every single flaw you can find and then negotiate to what you really want it for
Poor condition side art? I want a better deal.
Missing or broken spring loaded shelves? I want a better deal
Scuffed monitor? I want a better deal.
You get the picture. Just don't get to greedy, otherwise they will tell you to walk.
