View Full Version : HAS ANYONE PLAYED NINJA GAIDEN YET?
I got the latest issue of the shite propaganda mag Offiical Xbox Magazine. They include a demo of the soon to be released NInja Gaiden. I thought it was pretty hot. The gameplay wasn't revoluntionary but was extremely solid. It reminded me a lot of Devil May Cry more then Shinobi for the PS2 which it has been compared to a lot. The biggest deal about this title has to be the graphics which are fucking insane. There aren't many titles out that can touch this game when it comes to visuals. If the demo is any indication of how great NG will be Tecmo has def. got an awesome title on their hands. I don't know how well it will sell, it seems that most games i like and love sell pretty piss poor. One last thing, just b/c it is a "pure action" title like Tecmo is saying doesn't mean that it lacks depth or anything. From what i've played it is at least mildly deep! All hungry Xbox fans should at least try this title. The visuals will make your jaw drop.

Yes, I played it. I think it kicks serious ass. The best way to describe it would be Prince of Persia meets Devil May Cry. You get to do acrobatic stuff like POP and the fighting is alot like DMC. The game is pretty awesome though, everyone should check it out.

There are many great reasons to pick up an XBOX. Panzer Dragoon Orta is one of the best and most underrated titles of this generation. Jet Set Future is awesome. RallySport Challenge is one of the better racing games ive ever played! Metal Slug 3 is coming out in May! Buy Xbox today!

X-BOX?! BLAH!!! The nes ninja gaiden is hot. Fun game. I dont really like any new games. A few are ok.

And all the stuff that HAS has come out on the PC eventuly (Star Wars, Halo) or was on the PC first (Morrowind) or has been on other consoles.
Now if another game besides NG comes out that is a 'must have' OR the price of the system drops, THEN I'd consider getting it. Right now, I'm still on the fence.

I really wish tecmo would do something new with their games. I was so excited about Rygar last year and I was very disappointed that it was just DMC with Rygar graphics. The game had great graphics but it was just very boring to play. I think Ninja Gaiden looks fantastic but if it's just DMC then I might just skip I can get it really cheap in a few years.

That's a strong sale right there. Proven great action + Proven great adventure = Proven great game. I really want to buy an Xbox for this, but I seriously can not afford it.
