I am trying to find out any information I can about this item - including where I might be able to get hold of a copy. Anyone who can shed some light on it, please post below, or pm me.
I know nothing about it apart from the title ..

Never heard of it... are you sure that's the title? It is a game title correct?

I have never heard of it either... but one of my current best customers has asked me if I can source a copy. I don't know anything other than the name that he gave me. Apparently he has seen a couple of copies, but for more than he wants to pay ... although I am fairly sure that he would pay a pretty good price.
Plus I am now intrigued, because I have never even heard of this game, so I want to find out what it is.

Good luck! It wasn' a released game... well... it was released, but wasn't for sale. It's a promo game made, released by TBS.

I think this is the same one that started at 0, but had a reserve for 130,000 yen some time ago. I bid up to 80,000, but obviously didn't win. Trader2 has (had?) two copies. Mint for 178,000 yen, and sealed for 188,000 yen. In case you're wondering, it doesn't have a spinecard... IE, the spinecard does not exist, so the auction above is complete.
If you do locate one (especially w/ the information given above) I'd expect a high-res scan of it, as well as a review for Japanese Gaming. That's fair, isn't it? :)
As I'm such a Saturn advocate, I'm tempted to shell out the duckets for it, but with my luck, it would be rereleased a week later a la Circus Lido.
EDIT:
There's another on Yahoo Japan that I'm tempted to bid on. Seems to be listed much more fairly. I don't want to get into a bidding war with anyone from here, especially if I can get a scan, review, and maybe even a test-drive out of it.
