Rarity question: Game Boy Mario's Picross

In the 4-5 years I've been collecting (on and off I admit) I've seen Mario's Picross for Game Boy maybe twice. I bought it once (and still have it, thank God) I've been wondering how scarce this game is in other parts of the country.
