Are These N64 Games Rare???

Hey, I just got in a huge N64 lot and it included these mario games:

Mario Kart 64
Super Mario 64
Super Smash Brothers
Mario Party 2
Mario Tennis

all of which sell for a pretty good amount. Are they selling for alot cause they are somewhat rare (or no one wants to sell them?) Or just because they are still good games that people want to play. Will this price drop? Should I cash in now? Cause I don't really collect N64 stuff, I mainly do DC stuff, just couldn't pass up the deal.

No they are not rare, just sought after because they're some of the best games on the N64.

And N64 game prices have dropped over 30% in the last 6-9 months.

I don't know how long that will continue, but I'd say they're not going to go up for quite a while.

I would def. sell them but those are games that I might want to play. But I really kinda doubt I will ever really play for more than a couple hours at most. I've got lots of games for X-Box and I haven't touched it in over a week. As a matter a fact I haven't played any console games in a week at least. I have played a little counter stirke and delta force though. But right now I just don't have the time to play :( too many sports especaily now when I'm going to be on the varsity level next year... Right now for n64 I've got 3 systems, 2 boxed and about 50 games (most commons.) I'm tempted to dump all but maybe one boxed system and a coupld of my fav. games...

I'm guessing this means that you have two copies of MK64, and not some sequel to MK64, correct?
