View Full Version : Ripped off by ToToTek/PayPal. Advice?

I purchased an MD-PRO 64M flash cartridge from ToToTek.. it arrived broken and I had to return it .. after about 30 days they STILL did not get back to me. FINALLY, after *40* days, they said they'd replace it, now, almost 2 weeks later they are not answering my e-mails anymore and never said they'd ship it out. It's not here, either.

I got the Money Back Guarantee on the PayPal payment, but they insist I *Mail them the MD-PRO*. It took 2 weeks of calling 5 times a day during business hours to get through to PayPal! They say to take steps to resolve the problem yourself, so I did, I mailed it back like ToToTek advised. What the hell is this crap? Anyone had this problem before?

As it stands, I've had $120 stolen out of my pocket. Marvelous.

My only advice with ToToTek is to be patient and hope for the best. My MD-PRO 64 meg flash card arrived about 5 days after I had given up all hope, much after the 30 day PayPal period.

They seem to be much more responsibe on their message board, when I posted "I don't think my stuff is coming" I got responses on there. I never did hear from them in e-mail. I would have ordered from someone (anyone) else, if I could have found those items anywhere else.

I posted 4 messages, in English and Chinese ... and contacted them on MSN. Ignored. ICQ? I can't even get approved to send them messages.
