Pirate Famicom Disk System?

I know that there are pirate Famicom disks... but are there pirate Famicom Disk Systems? And if there are, are they fully compatible with all Famicom Disks? Just curious.


(And two side questions, (1) does an FDS work with a Famicom AV, and (2) how much should one expect to pay for an FDS?)

ive seen a lot of famiclones, but ive never seen a fds clone

1. Yes, it will work.
2.50-100 depending on condition/completion of said FDS (Through E-Bay of course) Most are from over seas,so, expect to pay for shipping. Every once in awhile there is one from the US listed though.

I have never seen a pirate disk system. I have heard of them though.

You could always get a Sharp Twin Famicom.
