Well, the seller has 99.0% positive feedback, is a power seller, and it is noted at the bottom it includes keep case and 5 dvds.

I'm taking a guess that they are, they sure look legit to me.

Yeah, I noticed that it didn't do a thing, and I think the seller knows that and doesn't care. Looks like we're not the only one this is happening too....some other ones coming in for "Land Before Time".

Well, I got all 8 of mine this morning. 6 are obvious Canadian releases as they have double sided covers and french wording on them. It's not terribly noticeable, but the Hulk and Slap Shot both have their titles in French on the sides. Annoying? Yes. Worth it for the price? Sure.

Well, I'd like to let you know that when the Saved By The Bell set was originally sold to me at the 7.49 cost you entered into a legally binding contract and are legally obligated to sell me this item at 7.49 when the item got back in stock.

Now, I want to recieve my Saved By The Bell set at 7.49 plus 5.25 priority mail shipping. This is all I ask.

If you do not cooperate and provide me my set at the original auctioned off price I will be placing a very strong complaint against you toward eBay, I will file a fruad report, and if necessary I will take further action to recieve my set at the original auction price of 7.49 plus 5.25 shipping.

I hope you understand where I'm coming from here, and I hope we can come to aggreance on this matter, because I will follow through with legal action if necessary. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

I went to his auctions with the full intentions of getting the SBTB box set, none were left.......I decided to pick up WAG and didn't even get that. So as I was saying......I'm still pissed that I missed out on the SBTB box set in the first place and so did people that actually managed to complete the sale....almost. So, give him hell!!

Well, I paid for them, and about 3 days later I recieve a refund with a "I'm sorry these are out of stock" notice. Well, 1st of all, I'm assuming he just caught on to the fact they were too cheap and cancelled the orders. But that was just assumption.

Now, after I go back and check out his auctions a couple weeks later I see these ( 3394352127 & 3394344478 ) listed obviously much higher. Now I question him about these, and I ask "since the items are obviously back "in-stock" can I have them at my original 7.49 & 4.99 price?" and his response was simply "nope, can't have it at that price anymore". I then begin to read off eBay rules stating that my bid is a legal binding contract, so on and so forth, and he has ignored me ever since.

I'd appreciate something done about this, I'm very annoyed that I did not get what I fairly won or what I am deserved because the seller does not feel he has to follow the rules. Please respond to me about this matter asap. Thank you!

Thanks nesuser. I really hate it when I get shit on, especially when others do too. I once had a seller banned from eBay and Yahoo! for attempting to steal 5.50 from me and becoming NARU'd afterwards. Hell, that took lots of work, but I eventually got my items and stopped her from ripping off about 100 others with all the other auctions she had listed with her new account. Not to mention MY items! Including "sealed" games that were obviously opened from the picture.

I do tend to go overboard sometimes though :embarrassed: But my intentions are always good! :D
