I FINALLY won a COMPLETE copy of Wonder Boy in Monster World for the Master System!
After the crap I had to go through last time I won a copy (about 6 months ago) which came without the manual pictured (and mentioned) in the auction, it'll be fantastic to finally check this one off as being complete.

On Sunday a friend of mine sold me Super Return Of The Jedi for SNES for $3.00. My 38'th Super Nintendo game in a growing collection.

But the big news is that yesterday I got a Gamecube! I had been thinking about it for a while and decided that since I had some extra money that now was the time. I bought a used one, in jet black, for $70, and it works great. I also found a used copy of The Legend Of Zelda Collector's Edition for $19.99, so there's my first game for the GC!

I've still got some money to burn so I'm gonna look for some good deals on used GC games tormorrow.

No games worth mentioning this week but I did find a couple of sweet hardware deals:

PS2 broadband adapter, loose $8 - Didn't have the configuration disc but I just got off the phone with SCEA and they said no problemo mailing out a new one gratis :D

Commodore 1084s video monitor, $10 - IMHO one of the best dedicated composite monitors you can get for the price. Don't pass them up when you see them at the thrifts. Don't confuse it with Amiga version though, because the Amiga in only mono sound whereas the Commodore is stereo @_@ I had one before but my dog knocked it off the table one day :angry: so this is a welcome replacement.

among other eBay wins I won an NES game sealed...its Super Glove Ball and I only paid $3.27 for it, I'm sure if its worth anything, I doubt it, but it is sealed.

and my friend sold me his basically brand new (he bought it 2 months ago) ble gba sp, with mario & luigi superstar saga and mario advance 1 for $100. everything is boxed, and he didn't register the serial or the PIN from mario & luigi. nice
