Been offered a Supergrafx....

....for $80. It has one game, Battle Ace, and the AV cable. It has no AC or controllers (but I know my Duo controllers work). Should I jump on it or not?

With no AC, that's a bit high. Battle Ace is a $10 game tops, the AV cables are common, and the ACs are rare as hell. I'd say not unless you REALLY REALLY want one.

Yeah I agree with maxlords on this one...I'd say ask him to hold it for ya and hunt at a local flea market for an AC...if you can pick one up cheap then go for it

Your best bet is to get yourself a coregrafx AC pack and reverse the + and - on the plug, that would do the trick.

Unless somebody else here has seen supergrafx's at walmart on sale cheaper than $80 .. buy the one your looking at.
