What's going on with R-type 3 for the GBA?

I heard that R-type 3 for the GBA was originally supposed to come out in november, but it kinda fell off the face of the earth.

I got the newest issue of nintendo power, and they have a full reveiw of it...
But I can't find it listed on any sites like EBgames or gamestop. Does anyone know what happened to this game? We know there's at least one reviewable copy out there...

Also, I heard it was only gonna be priced at $19.99, giving me no reason not to buy it!

It got pushed back to march, if I heard right.

The Gamestop clerk told me March. But then, the Gamestop had previously told me November, December, and February, so I'm not putting too much stock in his prognostications any more with respect to this title.
