The Phantasy Star Online Xbox account. It's supposedly $9 a month. I haven't used the game in over 8 months. But of course, I do not know how to cancel it.
Who do I call? Where do I go? Can I do it without having to talk to a person? I hate when they beg you to stay. Fuckers.
I would like to just CANCEL it. How? Hunters License.. BEGONE!

Do I have to talk to a human? I hate talking to humans. I like to push buttons. Press 1 to cancel.

Actually I don't think the Xbox support team count as human. Though they do kinda sound like they are. Who knows.

He has a point -- ever try to cancel anything over the phone, like a credit card or a online account? Pain in the ass.

I had a subscription to "Maximum PC" run out once. A few weeks later they called and talked me into resubscribing. I still have a subscription today.
LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE! If I WANTED to resubscribe, I would have.
Anyway, it's like that part in "Demolition Man".
"Thank you for calling the San Angeles Police Department. If you prefer an Automated System, press 1 now."
Simply put, Computers can't beg you to change your mind.
I will call tomorrow, but I swear, one "Please reconsider" out of their mouths and all Hell will break loose.

If you ever want to cancel something charged to your credit card, all you hafta do is call the phone number on your statement. 99% of the time next to the certain charge there is a phone # where you can the company. Thats my little tid bit of info.

That could work, except that I haven't recieved a statement from my bank in over 6 months. Everyone else in the house gets theirs. I have not seen one in forever. And I'm too lazy and afraid of the bank to complain. Plus, I'm cancelling my account there as soon as I get up the courage to go and talk to the people there.
I FUCKING HATE DEALING WITH PEOPLE!
