It "works" with all baseball games. Apparently, it doesn't work very well.

AS a matter of fact, I picked up a complete one inserts and all, the bat looks minty fresh last week. On the box the list of games that it supports are:

Ken Griffy Jr. Presents Major League Baseball
Hardball III
Espn Baseball
Super Basebal
Cal Ripken Jr Baseball
Sports Illustrated Championship Football And Baseball
Malibu Games

Altough I suspect that it might work with a few of the later release for the snes, such as Ken Griffy Jr. Winning Run, and possible the MLB series, I'll
dig out MLB 96' and and Ken Griffy Jr. Winning Run, and test it out

I can't recall ever hearing about this thing until I happened upon it on Wikipedia just now.

Considering the swinging motion must correlate with nothing more than a tap of a button on a normal controller, I'm surprised anyone ever thought this was marketable. Has anyone here ever actually tried using this thing?
