Final Fantasy 9 - I like the pictures and LOVE the music.

I really liked the opening for Resident Evil. Not the Playstation original (although it is quite humorous) but the GC version. It sets the mood nicely. Eternal Darkness on the GC also quite an extravagant opening scene.

Okay, I've had my fun. Now, I've always been partial to the openings of Chrono Cross, the Soul Blade/Calibur series, and the Tekken series. That's all I can think of right now... oh, and Rygar: The Legendary Adventure also has a cool opening trailer.

Well, I'll second Suikoden II and FF9. I also thought the opening for FF8 was very good, as well as Xenosaga. Recently, Zero Mission brought back memories.
