As you may or may not know, Falcom released a TON of RPGs in Japan. Very few made it here, but a nice handful were ported to the US...in ENGLISH for the PCs of yesteryear. What I'm hoping to get is a list of what games were released by Falcom in English (mostly thru Sierra I belive). I know the following were released in English, and I even have Sorcierian myself:
Sorcerian
Legend of Xanadu
Ys Book I and II
Anyone know any others that made it here on PC?

Let's see:
Dragon Slayer series:
Dragon Slayer
Dragon Slayer II: Xanadu
Dragon Slayer III: Romanica (aka Dragon Slayer Jr)
Dragon Slayer IV: The Dra Sle Family (AKA the NES Game Legacy of the Wizard) Psst, Dra Sle is short for Dragon Slayer, not the family's name, which is Warzen or something
Dragon SLayer V: Sorcerian
These all made it to MSX, with the exception of DS V...which I don't believe did. DS I was originally for th PC-88. I have a Saturn and GB version of it and beat the GB version just this week. :-) The japanese GB has a sequel to Part 1 called Dorasure Gaiden. Sorcerian I also have for an old DOS computer..I maneged to get it to work in Win 95 and 3.1. Also, the NES/Famicom got Faxanadu. My best research has clued that the title comes from Fa Xanadu, Fa being short for Famicom (those japanese and their abbreviating stuff...:-). I have not yet compared Xanadu to Faxanadu, but I plan to do that very soon.
After that it sorta branches off into The Legend of Xanadu series and the Legend of Heroes Series, I believe.
Ys:
Ys I
YsII
Ys III--pretty sure MSX got this as a late release....maybe I'm thinking of PC-98 or x68000 or something...
They had a few other series, but I can't remember off the top of my head...

Oh yeah, I was only posting the Falcom games for VIntage PCs, since we are in that forum. You mentioned Legend of Xanadu, which I believe was a PC engine and/or Saturn release. It may have seen vintage PCs over there, but I think they MAY have been Dos/3.1/win95 compatible boxes....I could be wrong. Do those count as vintage PCs?
