Is Bonk for the GameCube coming out over here?

I just recently found out about Bonk's Adventure and Adventure Island from Hudson being out on the GameCube in Japan.

Those remakes look super sweet!!!!!!!

Are they going to come out over here at all?

How does one get Import Cube games to play on a American Cube, if those games aren't going to come out here?


Does anybody have these games now, and is playing them? What are they like?


Sorry for so many questions, it's just that I was blown away by the pics of those games.

I've got the hudsonsoft remakes of Bonk and Starsoldier. Both are
fun to play and the graphics are good. You can get them to play
on US systems using a "freeloader" disk, which is basically a boot
disk, no internal mods necessary! Got both games and freeloader
from http://www.NCSX.Com they were easy to deal with and fast
shippers.

Probably not, for that would make sense and profit. All these great remakes I feel would do very well over here. I had the opportunity to play the Bonk remake, and I loved it. Even at a low run and value price I think it would be successful. Gosh, it is stuff like this that we dont get that really pisses me off! :angry:

I agree. I'd buy this game in a minute. I wouldn't pay 35.00 for an import and 20.00 for a freeloader to play it though. I don't think it's worth 55.00 plus shipping but that's just me.

Oh well, were getting the Sega PS2 remakes though!

I'd love to see Bonk come out over here. I think, if I'm not mistaken, I have all of the US-released Bonk games except for the NES version. And being that it's a remake of the original, and stays away from the downfalls of the later-era Bonk games, I'm hoping it will surface stateside.

I heard about this game about 4 or 5 months ago. It was from ign.com and they said that there would be a gamecube release for Bonk's Adventure + Adventure Island!
Does anybody else love adventure like i do?
I do plan on getting both games if there is a US release.
