Wow, finally managed to get one cheap. Brandnew as well.

Didn't they have a cheek to slam the C-64 name onto it, when it is really only a PC running a hybrid version of Win 3.1.

It wouldn't surprise me to see it say Commodore, but to say Commodore 64 ... yeah that's pretty bold! Is there anything in the GUI or anywhere else that resembles the old 64?
