If you were a P.C. Gamer in the early 80s you probably played Rogue, the revolutionary D&D based dungeon crawler. It spawned a new genre of games that had not been done before like Nethack, for example. Which of this genre is your favorite.

Boy, they're all so good, it's hard to choose... Nethack is the first that always comes to mind, but there are plenty of other good ones that were also plenty fun. ADOM is cool (Although the controls are non-standard), so is the more recent Dungeon Crawl. Heck even Sega's Fatal Labyrinth (Basically a Genesis version of Rogue) was fun.

Anyone remember Omega? I always thought it was extremely deep, but it seems to have been mostly abandoned :(

Angband is fun.
