SUPER FAMICOM AC PACK RATING

I need the specs on a Superfamicom AC pack.
the bottom of the superfamicom has a rating but i cant read japanese.

Also

If anybody would know why
a BUNG SF III Device would give a DISK ERROR message when you turn it
on , it be a big help.
