Atari Boxes wanted (for very common games)

I picked up a 2600 and some of the more common games at the NECG meeting. I like my stuff complete, and was wondering if anyone would be willing to sell boxes/instructions for:

Frogger
Missile Command
Berzerk
Activision Boxing
Demon Attack
Cosmic Ark
Star Wars: ESB
Vangaurd
Combat
Enduro
Pitfall

I'm also looking for the following games complete:

Adventure
Asteroids
Centipede
Defender
Donkey Kong'
Galaxian
Joust
Ms Pacman
Pole Position
Qbert
River Raid
Space Invaders
Super Breakout

If there's anything other than these (and the ones listed above) that anyone considers "essential" to a decent Atari setup, let me know.

That 2600 setup should keep you busy for a while. One of the quotes of the night was, when predicting the reaction of friends to the new 2600, "Hey, why does your Playstation have wood panels on it?!"
