If a video game company were to release a 10-in-1 paddle (with 2600 games)similar to the 10-in-1 joystick (see link below), which 10 paddle games would you choose?

Also, were there any 7800 paddle games? If yes were there any good titles in particular?

The two must-haves:

Kaboom!
Super Breakout

Those games alone would sell the unit. Eight more games would just be icing on the cake. :)

That would be okay as long as the other 8 games are Warlords.

Only if it's a 4-paddle setup. :)

Jedi Arena was kick ass. I'd like to see that.

The 7800 didn't have any paddle games, because the paddle control never caught on.

I would make a Driver controller (360 degree turning) and include

MUST HAVES
Night Driver
Kaboom!
Breakout
Super Breakout
Indy 500
Sprintmaster
Warlords

OTHERS
Circus Atari
Jedi Arena
Pole Position <--reprogrammed
Off the Wall <-reprogrammed

No 7800 games were made for the paddles.

Marble Craze is the best 2600 paddle game. But you need two paddles per player so it wouldn't work with just one 10-in-1 paddle.

Unless you just wanted to move on one axis.

I've been hooked on Super Breakout the past few weeks. Awesome game.

Marble Craze is a hard game, I had so much trouble playing the demo before it was released. I have to give it to Paul Slocom though, fun fun fun game.

Super Breakout, game 7 (progressive breakout). You're set.

Also, no one mentioned Eggomania, one of my personal favorites.

And I've always wanted to gather together three other chums to give Party Mix a try--anyone ever do this? Is it fun?

The difficulty is what keeps me coming back and playing it again and again. Of course if it wasn't fun, I wouldn't. :D

I love the control scheme. Once you get used to it (took me about an hour and a half) it reminds me of Robotron, how you feel you have complete control over the marble. Almost feels that the paddles are extensions of your hands.

I consider it the second best game for the 2600--with H.E.R.O. being the first.
