Quick, Laseractive experts. Is this a good deal??

I have been suggested 55000 ($490) yen for the below set. Both goggles and Mega LD modules are boxed. Cheap or bloody?

It looks to be a bit on the high side to me.

Being generous

$120 for the games
$100 for the goggles
$120 for the LA +PAC

I think the virtual cameraman ones can fetcha pretty penny.

I haven't seen a LA (with a PAC!) for less than $200, but maybe the Japanese one are more common, I don't know. As for the rest of the bundle, well, I can't say if that would take you the rest of the $290, but there's those goggles. I have a feeling you didn't make the steal of a lifetime here, but you could always have done worse. I hope you bought it 'cuz you wanted it, though!

Ok, I see if I can lower the price. I saw a boxed Mega LD go for $440 recently but it was new in box. It was someone here at DP who sold it.

The NEC PAC is what demands all of the money. I've seen them range from $100-$400.

The American Sega PAC is much more common. The Japanese one is uncommon, but available. I haven't seen a LA with just a Sega PAC go for more than $200 ($180 was the highest).

I don't see a remote control in that picture, you may want to ask about that.
