Burnout 2 Point Of Impact : The Developer's CutXBox

Did I get the right disc/game & manual..?

I bought this used tonight at Blockbuster.."Buy 2 get 1 free deal going on".

Though the picture above is from an Ebay auction..It's the same as mine..

The person who listed the auction also bought the game used and I can't find another showing the disc & manual..
So he may have got the wrong disc too...or not..

Notice the disc and manual don't say "The Developer's Cut"



Please help..

Those are the right ones. Acclaim didn't feel the need to add it to the disc/book artwork, and it's the only version available on the Xbox. It's also the version that has the most stuff.

I don't think the one in your second post was ever released. I think it is just an early box concept/mock-up with out the writing on it. The developers cut is the only one to come out for the X-Box I believe.

So how does it play? I've got the the first Burnout for GC and I wasn't too impressed. Thought it was kind of boring actually. Everyone raves about Burnout 2 though. Is it pretty fun?

Yes,..I have the first game and this one is so much better..

When a game gives me a smile on my face from having fun I like it..

Burnout 2 is a blast, but whatever you do, don't buy it for PS2. Both the other versions have a ton more crap, with the Xbox having marginally more than the GC version.

Crash mode is a blast.

The Game is awesome..I've been playing it all night..it's 4:14 AM here..

Like I have said a million times, Burnout 2 is the best racing game released last year by far.

If you need any help with the crash modes, let me know. I have everything in the game unlocked, and, some amazing high scores.

The first day I got this game for my X-Box i played it for over 10 hrs. straight. Just wait untill you play it as a drinking game, or, atleast with some friends.

I just cannot say enough good things about that game.
