Thankfully, I found one. I'm convinced my wife trashed my other. In case anyone has to get one, they're made by a company called Gametech. They make other SP accessories as well. This one is listed as a USB battery charger (clever, no?)

Those? They are a USB Battery charger, I didn't even know they could be used for linking a flash cart. Good to know :)

Uh... Crap.
I didn't even think that it might be a legit, power only cable.
USB->USB is a USB->USB. It can't be anything else. But USB->GBA might not be. Damn it. Gotta try that when I get home.
EDIT:
The back of my GBA seems to say that one of the connectors is for power only (the one it uses) so that's not a good sign. :(
