This is the first time I send birthday wishes to someone I've never met, and certainly the first time on the "impersonal" internet. Your extraordinary achievements which go beyond videogame design urged me to do so.

You are a visionary game designer who significantly contributed to the creation of a hobby and business which conquered the world. Your invention is even bigger than yourself, and will last longer than all of our pittiful existence on earth; how many lucky people, no matter how hard they tried, can say so of their achievements?

I'm glad to see that after long years while others were in the sun, you finally got the recognition you deserve and are in a bright spotlight. You were rightfully called the "father of videogames," and left the most important footstep in videogame history.

Happy birthday to you! I'm looking forward to read your account about the beginnings of videogames.

You've created something that had done more than just touch our lives - though it's undoubtedly touched many - it's completely changed many lives as well. Y'know, It's something of a minor coincidence that I actually hooked up the dear old Magnavox Odyssey last night in the new game room, giving it a permanent spot of prominence. And it still works. :D
